Carl Zapora, Chair, Edmonds Carl Zapora is CEO of Zapora Consulting, LLC, a trustee at Edmonds College and a board member for Molina Healthcare of Washington. He is the former CEO of Public Hospital District No. 2 Snohomish County/Verdant Health Commission and before that served as CEO of United Way of Snohomish County.
