With the Brooklyn Nets getting a great offseason pickup of veteran forward TJ Warren, the Pacers seem to have lost another player to the Nets front office Edmond Sumner. NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowksi reports that the team signed Sumner to a free agent deal. Sumner missed all of last season with a torn Achilles but Sumner averaged 1.8 points and nearly an assist per game, with shooting splits of 53/40/82, which is incredibly efficient. Sumner is a young talent that hasn't really had much of a chance to prove himself as a reliable role player.
