EDMONDS — Edmonds Mayor Mike Nelson delivered a stark warning Tuesday following a drive-by shooting that sent a 13-year-old boy to the hospital over the weekend. 'If you want to be hardened criminals out there, I have a message to you,' Nelson said in a press conference, 'If you think you can come to our city and commit violence using deadly force, I promise you that you will be met with deadly force from our officers.
