The Ponca City Wildcat swimming team will compete in the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association Class 6A East Regional Meet Friday in Jenks. The event will be held in the Jenks Public Schools Aquatic Center. Twelve teams have been assigned to the Class 6A East Regional. They included Bartlesville, Claremore, Owasso, Bixby, Enid, Ponca City, Booker T. Washington, Jenks, Stillwater, Broken Arrow, Muskogee and Tulsa Union. Last season the Wildcats had 14 swimmers who qualified for the state meet during regional competition.
