I haven't been to the brick and mortar store but the online experience is second to none. The products arrive better than advertised and the team at aquarium Coop is quick to pack and ship. I would say they rival Amazon's speed of delivery. It's been my experience that the 4 times I've ordered I receive my package in the 3 days or less. Pretty awesome for a small business. Cory does an amazing job using his social media presence to keep the hobbyist well informed and puts the right products in their hands to be successful, even if that means steering customers to other venues if need be. All in all great products, fast shipping, and great customer service! In the photo you will find some Java Fern, Anbius, and intake filter sponges all from the COOP!

Great Service, received plant in fine shape and is growing in the aquarium. Just wanted to let you know after listening to Cory on puffers I decided to obtain two figure 8 puffers from California and they were shipped to Sheffield Pa in great shape and are in my new 36 gallon aquarium and are doing great. I watch every one of his shows. I have been ordering many things from you for my aquarium and I tell all my friends about you. I only wished you had been able to ship fish to me as I would have bought the puffers from you as I try to support your business all I can. I am also the Subaru Ambassador for this area and I mention you to all who I talk to.
